Working student in Business Intelligence/ Data analytics (f/m/d)

What? Working student in Business Intelligence (f/m/d) for 40-50% (16-20 h/week).

Where? Gümlingen (Bern) and Crissier, Switzerland

When? 01.01.2025 for at least 12 months.

What we care about: You are a registered student with a strong interest in data and analytics. You possess excellent English language skills, and a strong knownlegde of German (for Gümlingen) or French (for Crissier) is necessary. You have experience of working with Excel, knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau and SAP would be an advantage, with a solid understanding of data management and CRM systems. #lifeison

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure data quality, especially in the CRM system (g. correct customer segmentation, types of customers, potentials, contacts)
  • Training the sales team to maintain and improve data quality standards.
  • Conducting market research to identify and analyse relevant companies in specific sectors.
  • Identification and recommendation of process improvements and data quality enhancements
  • Extract and analyse relevant projects from the Swiss procurement platform of the public sector (simap)
