- Continuously check compliance with the project scope, identify any deviations and take appropriate measures.

- Several years of practical experience in managing software engineering projects using agile methods.
- Training or further education in the area of project management or software engineering is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
- Enjoyment of daily contact with customers.
- A strong talent for tackling challenges in a structured and organized manner.
- Solid knowledge in the application of agile methods in practice.
- High motivation in the evaluation and introduction of new standards in project management.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Team-oriented, open and reliable personality.
- Very good knowledge of German, both written and spoken, good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
