If you're a BI Data Analytics Analyst with strong skills in business intelligence tools and systems, KPI dashboard development and maintenance, trend analysis for actionable insights, financial planning support and data-driven decision-making - this could be the role for you:

Here's what you'll do:

  • Lead and manage projects to implement and improve Business Intelligence Tools and systems
  • Implement, develop, and maintain of internal and external KPI Dashboards to enable a firm wide reporting structure
  • Design reports and analyses in order to identify trends to generate actionable business insights
  • Support the Controlling/Financial Planning and Analysis team
  • Support the all departments groupwide with ad hoc data insights
  • Maintain the Business Intelligence tool and EPM
  • Act as sparring Partner for the Finance Team, CFO, Head of Finance and the Management team
  • Act as an enabler for decision making by setting up & maintaining a group wide reporting structure
  • Participate in interdisciplinary projects

Requirements

This is what you'll need:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics & Presentation, combined with Business/Finance or equivalent
  • Several years of practical experience in Business Intelligence, AI, Data Mining, Data analytics, and Data Modeling, ERP/EPM projects either from a consultancy or an industry position in international growth/scale-up environments
  • Proven experience with data modelling, business intelligence tools and systems
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, SAP Business Analytics, Power BI, SQL, etc.
  • IT Project Management and implementation experience
  • Ability to convert complex data into clear, concise reports and presentations
  • Interest in figures, business contexts, data, numbers, research, and analysis
  • Ability to manage several tasks in detail and accuracy, without loosing the overview
  • Result-oriented with a focus on long-term goals and career growth
  • Fluent in English and German
