Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Master Data Manager to join our dynamic team in Saignelégier. You will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the organization's master data management processes. Globally, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across various systems and platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce data governance standards, drive data quality initiatives, and implement best practices for master data management.

General Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global master data management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify master data requirements and establish data governance frameworks
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize master data processes, workflows, and systems
  • Monitor data quality metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed
  • Coordinate both data migration & systems integration projects and ensure smooth implementations
  • Provide training and support to end-users on master data management best practices and tools
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to master data management
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Your Profile

  • Academic degree related to IT or similar qualification
  • Extensive knowledge of master data management in Salesforce, Centrix, Anaplan, Power BI and ERP (SAP S/4 HANA)
  • At least 5 years prior experience in master data management, data governance, or a related role
  • Experience with data modeling, metadata management, and data profiling
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex IT issues to non-IT stakeholders
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Project management experience preferred
