Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and prospect potential new clients in targeted sectors.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Present and demonstrate the company’s cyber security solutions in a compelling manner.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts in collaboration with financial teams.
  • Monitor market trends and technological developments to adjust offerings and sales strategies.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and services.
  • Produce regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a sales professional in the cyber security field.
  • Excellent command of both English and French (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of cyber security solutions and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a capacity for solving complex problems.
  • Strong client relationship management skills and a service-oriented approach.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales management software.
  • A well-established local network in Switzerland.
