The Airlock Secure Access Hub is Ergon's security solution. Airlock ensures secure access management and prevents attacks on APIs and web applications. What you can achieve with us

In your role, you are responsible for setting up the Airlock SaaS platform. You work in interdisciplinary teams, master agile methods such as Scrum and shine with your experience in implementing our sophisticated product. You live SRE and DevOps culture and actively contribute your passion with suitable methods and tools. It is easy for you to take the product to the next level. As a DevOps expert, you ensure the smooth operation of the platform while taking the highest security standards into account.

• Building and operating a SaaS platform with Kubernetes, Helm and Terraform in the cloud
• Planning, building and expanding monitoring and alerting solutions (including with Prometheus and Grafana)
• Further development and implementation of operating concepts and creation of capacity planning
• Planning and implementing fail-safe, backup & recovery and disaster recovery solutions
• Implementing scaling measures and performance improvements
• Creating runbooks for troubleshooting during operations
• Operation and further development of own Kubernetes operators

You already bring this with you

• University or technical college degree (ETH/Uni, FH) in Computer Science
• Several years of experience in operating online services in a DevSecOps role
• Interest in security
• Experience with Kubernetes, a CKA or CKAD certification is an advantage
• Good know-how with cloud providers (preferably Azure, but also AWS or GCP)
• Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Terraform or Ansible (IaC) is an advantage
• Familiarity with Git and GitOps and CI/CD tools (e.g. FluxCD, GitLab)
• Programming and scripting skills e.g. in Go, Python, Bash
• Willingness to provide paid on-call service
• Very good knowledge of German (C2) and English (C1)
