What you move
  • You coordinate and manage the idea management process in claims management, including reporting.
  • You will take responsibility for Enterprise Risk Management in the Innovation department.
  • You are actively involved in trend management as well as in the optimization and adaptation of processes.
  • You actively support the process mapping in ARIS and participate in process optimization.
  • You perform ad hoc database queries and analyze data using process mining, assuming responsibility for this area.
What we expect
  • You have a degree from a technical college, preferably in business administration or business informatics, or a similar qualification.
  • Practical experience in the insurance industry, preferably in the UVG, will make you ideally suited for this role.
  • Interest in innovation processes and data analysis complement your profile and you impress with your strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Your strong communication skills as well as your pronounced service and customer awareness set you apart.
  • Impeccable German skills as well as good French skills round off your profile.
