In today's dynamic business environment, dbi services needs to reinforce its DevOps team and is looking for an experienced consultant with a strong background in container orchestration platforms.
What to expect
As a DevOps expert and in collaboration with your colleagues, you support, upgrade, and deploy Red Hat OpenShift Container Platforms. You are also responsible for various tasks surrounding application deployment, automation, CI/CD, GitOps, and DevSecOps.
Interactions and cooperation between development teams and IT operations professionals are essential. This role thus requires technical and communication skills and the capability to work in a team.

You are provided ongoing training while you gain experience with our customers to help you reach the cutting edge of your field, including:
- The main Linux distributions
- Networking and storage solutions
- Containerization, Kubernetes (specifically OpenShift)
- Helm or similar package managers
- Ansible and automation/configuration practices
- IaC, Git, and GitOps principles
- CI/CD – eg Gitlab CI, ArgoCD
- Monitoring & observability – e.g. Prometheus Stack
What you bring with you
If you hold a HES (Swiss specialized college degree), EPF (Swiss federal polytechnic degree) or equivalent diploma, here’s why you would be the perfect match for us:
- You have a good understanding of the Cloud Native technologies and CNCF landscape.
- You have proven experience (at least 3 years) in deploying, managing and supporting container platforms, specifically Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.
- You have performed advanced investigations to troubleshoot and resolve incident on the low-level Kubernetes components such as CNI, CSI, CRI.
- You are used to working as part of a team and know the usual and agile project management methods.
- You are a native German speaker and fluent in English (proficiency in French is a plus).
