For our IT Departments, we are looking for a:

DevOps Specialist - IT Trading

Your main missions:

  • respond to requests from our customers (Front/Middle/Back Office, RiskManagement, etc.),
  • manage the run by constantly ensuring that the applications are functional and, if necessary, manage incidents,
  • develop, assemble and prepare the deployment of application components as part of the implementation of key projects in the BCV trading room,
  • carry out corrective, evolutionary and preventive maintenance of domain applications
  • perform unit and integration tests,
  • write technical specifications and estimate developments based on functional specifications and business needs,
  • implementation of development projects and industrialization of development, delivery and operation processes for applications in the field,
  • participate in the continuous improvement of our development and maintenance processes,
  • provide on-call services if necessary.

Your technical skills:

  • good knowledge of Python and SQL (MSSQL databases),
  • experience in managing a large, highly available, clustered application,
  • knowledge of financial products on the stock market (securities, bonds, futures/options, etc.),
  • knowledge of FIX and SWIFT protocol for trading desired,
  • knowledge of software factories (CI/CD) desired,
  • knowledge of C / C++, Java, micro-services architectures an asset,
  • knowledge of scripting under Unix/Linux (csh, sh, etc.) and Windows (cmd and PowerShell) an asset,
  • Knowledge of the Front Arena (FIS) application is welcome.

Your profile:

  • basic training in IT, finance or science (university master's degree or equivalent),
  • 3 years minimum in a similar environment,
  • experience in analyzing and writing technical specifications,
  • strong interest in systems architecture and IT process automation,
  • desire to broaden one's skills and knowledge in a multi-technology application environment,
  • ability and interest in developing skills on subjects relating to a trading room (Front and/or Back office securities/derivatives/FX and/or Market risks),
  • strong analytical and structuring skills, solution orientation, sense of service and team spirit while being able to work independently,
  • resident in Switzerland or wish to reside in Switzerland,
  • perfect command of French, English level B1.
