In this role, you will develop, implement and manage data-driven strategies that provide data-driven, meaningful and reliable insights to decision makers at various levels across the Group, Divisions and Operations. You will also be a member of the Global Leadership Team and report directly to the CFO of the Franke Group.

Your responsibilities

  • Defining and developing the Group’s analytics and BI strategy in collaboration with the business, IT and Master Data Management
  • Centralizing various BI efforts and resources across the Group under a unified management structure, leading to increased efficiency and competence
  • Leading and developing a strong team of data analysts, data engineers and developers
  • Coordinate and monitor the analytics and BI project portfolio to ensure delivery on time, to budget and to defined scope, including responsibility for budget setting
  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing BI processes and data management
  • Take advantage of technological developments by selecting the right BI tools, technologies and platforms
  • Budget responsibility for BI cost centre
  • Managing the relationships with stakeholders in different business functions

Your skillset

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, business informatics or related fields
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in an industrial and international environment
  • Proven track record in project management
  • Experience with SAP BW4 / Data Warehouse, SAP Analytic Clouds (SAC), Power BI and MS Office
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Affinity with business processes and driving business success through process improvement
  • Analytical mindset
  • Effective communication skills that enable collaboration across organizational levels and functions within the Group
  • Fluent in German and English
