For our client, a well-known pharmaceutical company in Basel, we are looking for a Global Workplace Demand & Data Analyst (m/f/d).

Pharma Diagnostics Global Capital Investment & Real Estate (CIRE) ensures a sustainable work environment for 45,000 employees in 106 countries. The Workplace & Data Strategist aids the Global Lead for Workplace Experience in optimizing workplaces.

We are looking for a candidate who has an analytical mindset with experience in conducting both quantitative and qualitative research to drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate has a few years experience and proven track record with workplace analytics, data science and software engineering background and is fluent in English.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manage the global real estate demand analysis process and develop strategic sqm recommendations
• Engage with local stakeholders to gather data and present findings and recommendations
• Improve and maintain the Global Occupancy Dashboard to optimize performance and insights
• Support local users and liaise with IT for continuous data capture and tool improvements
• Oversee the Global Portfolio Management Dashboard and drive its continuous enhancement
• Lead workshops to evaluate the dashboard’s effectiveness and recommend next steps

• Experience and proven track record with workplace analytics, data science and software engineering background
• Excellent communicator with strong problem solving skills, ability to creatively negotiate requirements and experience with engaging key senior level Stakeholders
• Results orientated, business driven, organised with attention to detail, able to translate complex data to simple and visual stories
• Experience with Python, Streamlit and Snowflake is required
• Proven track record handling complexity, with organisational and political astuteness to form relationships with local business stakeholders
• Fluency in English is a must
