Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
Scope: 80-100%
Start date: Immediately or by arrangement
Place of work: Gerlafingen & home office
Your tasks:
- Support in the implementation and fine-tuning of an AI model to optimize our customer services
- Data preparation: collecting, cleaning and structuring historical databases
- Development and integration of an API to process requests
- Implementation of a verification mechanism for the generated responses
- Continuous improvement of the model by collecting and analyzing feedback and through regular retraining
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure solutions meet requirements
Your profile:
- Bachelor or Master student (m/f/d) in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field
- Initial experience with machine learning and natural language processing (NLP), ideally with common AI technologies
- Knowledge of Python and experience with common machine learning libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with API development and databases is an advantage
- Analytical thinking skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Enthusiasm for sports and technological innovations
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Ability to work in a team, initiative and a quick grasp of things
