The cantonal administration of Thurgau employs around 4,000 people. The Personnel Office is the competence center for personnel issues and supports the government council and several hundred managers from the offices in personnel work and strategic development. It ensures the implementation of the personnel law bases, ensures personnel controlling and, together with its partners, works to maintain and expand employer attractiveness. It also provides employees with a comprehensive range of training and development opportunities.
